8 WEEK POSTNATAL YOGA COURSES

 The Yoga for Mamas courses have been designed for postnatal mamas in their first 2 years following child birth. Throughout the course, mamas will to find a connection back into their breath, body and mind. Mamas have the power to decide how & when they want to practice...early mornings, during nap-times, with or without baby, mamas choice!

 

These postnatal yoga courses assist mamas in creating a weekly yoga routine for themselves over a two month journey. Throughout the journey, Updog Yoga Mama creator, Jess Dietrich will lead each mama through 8 asana classes and 8 philosophy classes.

 

The 8 asana classes will safely build

strength in the body and bring awareness

into breath.

The 8 philosophy classes will discuss Pantanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga through the lense of modern-day motherhood.

 

There is a beginners version of the course and an advanced version of the course, to ensure every mama is able to find the right journey for them. Explore the course options, and start connecting back to you today!

YOGA FOR MAMAS BEGINNER

If you are 6 to 8 weeks out of child birth, new to yoga or experiencing diastis recti, this is the course for you!

Inside the course you will safely regain strength, release physical tension and naturally balance hormones.

YOGA FOR MAMAS ADVANCED

If you are 6 months months+ out of child birth, have some experience practicing yoga and your abdominals are healed, this is the course for you!

Inside the course you will safely regain strength, release physical tension and naturally balance hormones.

I loved looking into a bit of the theory behind yoga each week, after doing it for so many years but not really looking too much further into it. Also loved your interpretation of how that relates to motherhood. I put the slides up on my pinboard each week to remind me to keep it in mind!
