These bliss balls are the fuel to my life. They are always in my fridge and are always there for me. It would be a sin for me not to share this recipe with my Updog Yoga Mamas, because I know you too need a grab and go treat that is full of healthy tasty goodness.
(Yields about 15)
1 cup oats
2/3 cup toasted desiccated coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/2 cup LSA mix (flax seed is also a great choice)
25 grams dark chocolate, finely chopped
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Roll bliss balls into your preferred size. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour before eating. Store in refrigerator in sealed container. Try not to eat 10 in one day.
